Policies
Tuition
·Payments are due on the first of each month with a late charge of $10.00 after the week
of the10th. Tuition payments are charged one month in advance (September is due in
August, October is due in September, etc.) You may pay at the studio office window, or
put your check in the payment box outside the retail window, or you may mail your
payment to P.O. Box 388, Clay, AL 35048. Do Not hand payments to the teachers.
Please put child’s name(s) on your check and what payment covers. We also accept
MasterCard and Visa. All checks need two phone numbers and your driver's
license number.
· Late payments are charged for each month your account is overdue. Your child will not
be allowed to dance if your account is more than two months overdue.
· Class fees are NOT prorated due to illness or holidays. Classes are not available on a
pay-when-you-come plan. Tuition remains the same year round. You may request a
makeup class if your child should be absent due to illness.
Dress Code
· Your child should be properly dressed in dancewear and have visited the restroom
before class begins to avoid interruption. Make sure shoes and all necessary
dancewear is in your child’s possession before and after entering studio. NO JEANS
ARE ALLOWED.
Drink Policy
· Water bottles only will be allowed in the studio. Please try to send drinks that have tops
for closure to prevent spills in the reception area.
Costume Policy
· Costumes are ordered in November. Anyone withdrawing after November is still
responsible for full payment of the costumes. Money is non-refundable.
Consultation Policy
· Personal consultations with instructors are by appointment only. There is not sufficient
time for a parent/teacher consultation during or between classes. We are interested and
do care, so please call the office to set up an appointment.
Discontinuance or Changes of Classes:
· You must notify the office of any class change (a change in day, time, addition or
withdrawal) immediately. If your child should decide to withdraw, please notify the studio
in writing so that the billing will discontinue and we can open up the spot in that class.
Behavior Policy:
. Appropriate behavior is expected at all levels of dance. Students who are disrupting the
other students will not be allowed to continue in the program.
