Policies
· Payments are due on the first of each month with a late charge of $10.00 after the 10th.
Please put all checks in the payment box located in the studio lobby, or you may mail
your payment to P.O. Box 388, Clay, AL 35048. Do Not hand payments to the
teachers. Please put child’s name(s) on your check and what payment covers. We also
accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please use the payment box except
for cash or charge payments.
· Late payments are charged for each month your account is overdue. Your child will not
be allowed to dance if your account is more than two months overdue.
· Class fees are NOT prorated due to illness of holidays. Classes are not available on a
pay-when-you-come plan. Tuition remains the same year round. You may request a
makeup class if your child should be absent due to illness.
· Your child should be properly dressed in dancewear and have visited the restroom
before class begins to avoid interruption. Make sure shoes and all necessary
dancewear is in your child’s possession before and after entering studio.
· NO food or drink of any kind in the studios. This includes gum, candy, food or
drinks. Food and drinks are allowed in the lobby. Please send drinks that have tops for
closure to prevent spills.
· Costumes are ordered in November. Anyone withdrawing after November is still
responsible for full payment of the costumes. Money is non-refundable. Costumes are
not custom fit so be prepared for making alterations if needed.
· If you find it necessary to speak with a teacher please leave a message with the
secretary and that teacher will contact you as soon as possible. Please do not try to talk
to them while they are teaching or between classes.
· You must notify the office of any class change immediately. If your child should decide to
withdraw, please notify the studio in writing so that the billing will discontinue and we can
open up the spot in that class.
